We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with
at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations & “No Show” appointments cost our talented staff money.
We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
Clients who cancel or “No Show” appointments may be asked to prepay future services.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules we may need
to reschedule any appointment for which you are
more than 10 minutes late.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of your booked services.
ANY GROUPON, LIVING SOCIAL, OR OTHER PROMOTIONAL SERVICE THAT IS NOT CANCELLED IN THE 24 HOUR PRIOR TO THE SERVICE IS LOST. IT MAY BE REDEEMED TOWARDS THE COST OF A FULL PRICE SERVICE FOR THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID.
